- Dell Direct mantra changes tack to Walmart

I tried to buy a Dell a few months ago but...
A. The specs website was so confusing that it was impossible to build thru the website.
B. A call to the English-speaking help line led to a transfer to a linguistically-challenged Asian lady, in maybe Germany, Eire or Bangladesh (who knows?), who was incapable of cross-communication with me.
C. I then went through the harrassment of receiving many e-mails and phone calls with threatening, price/model time limitations and other Buy! Buy! Buy! messagages.
