- Update to new windows OS from old

I replaced my PC less than 12 months ago. But It had problems with my old OS ( Windows ME ) with regards to Network/Internet and my graphics, So thinking that if I updated to Windows XP, it might solve that problem... Didn't!!! In fact its got worse... Intermittently runs my USB broadband modem and then unexpectedly 'switches it off' and also I keep getting messages with XP saying my Graphic card drivers are corrupt and also every so often my windows will without warning, reset itself. I dunno if it's a 'lemon' PC but I'm sure of one thing... The next Time I upgrade......
