to what advantage?
NTFS is ALREADY a database file system.. the new WinFS just moves it over to SQL (which may or may not make it work better)...
and what is the advantage of an xml gui? or rather what ever they call their proprietary version of xml. the real advantage of xml would be it's portability, when you close it off, you ruin the advantage of it.
