RFIDs don't really need a kill "code" to kill them. All they need is a properly powerful radio signal to overheat & melt the buggers.

Consider how they work: Radio waves from the "scanner" power the "transmit" function of the tag.

To be any good, in the sneaky sense, these tags have to be TINY, with extremely fine circuitry, operating at sub-fractional voltages.

These things are pocket EMP fodder. I can easily envision a small device with a 50' "Kill" range that melts every RFID tag around it in the store... or under it (at an overpass)... etc., etc.

Wally World had better start EMP shielding all their semi-(lorry) trailers.

RFID is an economic terrorist's wet dream.
