Whether you know it or not, the probability is about 99% that you already have one. If you have a late-model vehicle, what do you think the computer in it is? It records how you drive and how fast you drive. It can also be read out to determine who is at fault in an accident. BUT, it does need to be connected to electronics where this crock of bull can be scanned from the street.
Ya know, Orwell was pretty near right, wouldn't you say "Big Brother"?
