No_Ax, you may have a device that you think adheres to the preliminary specification but WiMAX will not be available until 2005. There is an articel even on ZDNet taht backs me up on that! I figure what you say is about as informed and correct as me saying that I have 10 times as much money as William Gates III!

If you want to try and save face, provide a link to the vendor of the product and the model number!
