- Curious, why do you ignore WiMAX

A small town not to distant from me is rolling out a 802.16 (WiMax) system and it is fantastic. At 20 miles away speeds are still in the 5 Meg a second range. (Theoretical distance limit is 30 miles.) It also removes most if not all the "line of sight" problems associated with traditional WiFi (802.11x).
