Clearly a Windows Problem
It's obvious this is a Windows problem. If these tech companies were using OSS solutions like Linux, they wouldn't need to throw away all their old equipment. In fact, their old equipment would only get better, stronger and faster as the Open Source community devised clever new ways to squeeze performance out of these old boxen.
