- What about the N800??

What Intel is talking about building, Nokia is already delivering with a well thought out second generation device, the N800. It's Linux based, so it's a full PC and available now. You should have at least included a mention of it in your article.
The UMPC is a joke -- way too expensive and bloated. What people want is a something that can surf the Web and has a big enough screen so you can actually do something, like look a spreadsheet on Google or post comments to a forum. The N800 can do this.
