Thin client under another name
If you cannot save to external media and have portability, then it is still nothing more than a WebTV unit. This is from someone who has to maintain thin clients in a corporate setting! We gotta have PCs to do the real work!

In this world, people take their work home so they can at least be in the same house as their families, they work in the field or they completely telecommute from a home office, so putting the data on a server that cannot be accessed except at the office is STUPID! In my company, the overtime would triple to cover those type of employees that would have to come into the office to complete their work. Otherwise, I see having to license VPN by the truckload to cover all those instances.

HP needs to go back to the drawing board, I think.
