- To me, makes no sense.
- Why not do terminals. With Linux it is free (LTSP). Then you can have one computer for 20 people. Then you have one computer to patch for every 20 people. Actually you can run a lot more than 20 on a dual processor with lots of memory. The notiion of a dedicated computer for every person is going away. I guess you could look at this as a transition technology, but at those prices, why bother?
