Laws are finally catching up with technology...
In a world where technology is rapidly growing, one danger is that the technology can get ahead of the government. The government does not realize the technology or its potential, and this can lead to things like mobile-cam porn. A hidden camera built into a cellphone can be quite a danger, and it must be quickly recognized by the government.

It's good to see that the government does see problems like these, and it is doing its best to preserve moral sanctity and privacy. This shows that the government is indeed catching up with technology.
