No matter the love of Apple
the patent process needs an overhaul. Or just because you hate Apple, doesn't mean that a large number of their patents aren't valid. Same could be said of IBM, largest patent holder ten years plus. Love or hate, what weight to you put on their patent portfolio, . . and don't forget SDMI when you're contemplating.
