That does not qualify for patent either
If you say "look" that it does not qualify for patent either. Years ago, Harley Davidson tried to patent sound of their motorcycles. It failed, because "look" and "sound" does not qualify for reasonable officers.

That proves how "smart" (or perhaps corrupt?) andofficer at US Patent should be today..
