Apple dead in other countries
In this case they will have a lot of a problems overseas. Nobody will accept US Patent on such "innovation".

Although I use MacOSX and iTunes I think that Apple has idiots on board, but most of all some lawyers and US Patent officers are morons. No dobt about that.

Now, I bet that many will not give damn about this patent. I guarantee I won't and perhaps some corporate interfaces WILL contain that "innovation" if needed.
