- I am talking staying with x86 architecture, but the legace junk stripped

out. We don't need to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
In the article, they are talking completely different architectures.
Maybe the best solution would be a stripped down x86, with legacy code handled by emulation. One question, does MS still use legacy instructions in Vista?
