Proves that it's time to review the judicial system
when 3 years is considered fair by the court as an acceptable amount of delay to provide evidence, though somebody's life is spent in waiting. If you have cause to cage a person, you have cause to put forth all the evidence in a timely manner that either releases or seals them away, not to drag out parts and make your procedures and outcomes suspect. Would said judge rule the same if the person of interest was family or in a grand quirk of unallowable fate, their own self?? No, for their own, a different speed may have been accorded. And how the courts use to scoff at using DNA testing to re-evaluate the worth of the conviction of imprisoned persons when at the time DNA testing was immature or not utilized or utilized improperly.

Hey courts, be sure, be fair, be fast. Your time is different than prisoner time. You still walk around uncaged judges or lords as some of you see yourselves.
