Good point. Know what else? What if you have an old VCR/DVD recorder that has the internal feature of DST the old way? You have to do it manually now unless it has the feature where it sets the clock based on the PBS signal. That's a good feature until it reads the date/time wrong from PBS..... but still, the best way Bush could've saved energy was to not go to war with countries that produce energy (iRaq and iRan). That would've saved a lot of energy.
