Think About the Courts of Law
Lets say your court notice of hearing says you are to appear at 11 AM pacific daylight savings time. You show up like a normal person ignoring the Bush time confusion. Unfortunately, you can bet your lawyer will show up an hour early and you will get billed for it.

I point this out by way of illustrating a number of frauds that can be built around the time settings. Lets say your payments through a bank and deposits are done electronically. The bank might orchestrate withdrawals an hour earlier than deposits thereby messing up your entire payroll and creating bounce charges.

Reasonable men would not tolerate this kind of thing but we live in an age of Enron Exon WorldCom Tyco and Lynch and unfortunately the executives of these kind of organizations like this arbitrage kind of time manipulation and are long gone before they can be brought to justice. Its a big deal. Pay attention.
