RE: What the daylight saving shift means to you
It means one hour less of sleep and having to adjust to the change in time! It means I will be late until my biologic clock syncs up with the digital clock. It means I am going to be grumpy the next week or two BECAUSE I will be adjusting to the change.

Personally I think the whole DST is nothing more than a waste of time. Especially in today's modern world! devil
