Dellhell and Back
The fact that Dell went through DellHell and back (having to jump into the community discussions to help mitigate the issues), is made all the more ironic by a 1999 FastCompany article, calling attention to Dell's hallways which included signs on nearly every bulletin board reading: "The Customer Experience: Own It" (http://www.fastcompany.com/magazine/nc01/012.html). Which just reinforces that slogans or statements cannot singularly support a culture.
