They lost me

I used Dell in "the old days" when they were a good
value for reasonable quality and had first rate customer
service. The last Dell I bought was pretty sorry and the
overseas support was worst. After a week of continually
reinstalling XP I went with the company with the highest
rated customer service (Apple) and have never looked
back.

Personally I think that Dell is too locked into doing it on
the cheap. As long as they take that approach other
companies from HP to Apple are going to continue to
grow.
