New Yorker's Take on Dunn's Legal Advisors
All of Dunn's legal advisor's to date have been discredited. In fact they are all in hot water themselves. The general public is expected to know the law.

What I think happened is that Dunn went to legals to get advise on breaking the law. HP's lead counsel and Secretary of the Board claims to have relied on hundreds of legal staff in preparing the advise she gave to Dunn. But getting advise on how to break the law is not legal advise. It is criminal advise.

Dunn knew she was breaking the law. She had to. Every US citizen knew about wire tapping and identity theft. It was the big topic at the time. In California a law was recently passed addressing this.

Dunn's rise to the top, at HP and at Barkleys Bank must be questioned. She was after graduation from Berkeley, an investigative reporter. Her ability of getting dirt on decision makers and then using that for obtaining undeserved promotions must be analyzed. Did she know reporters at the New Yorkers from those days at Berkeley?
