Better not tell the customer it's a PC...
Most folks who have used Windows' PCs for years, right or wrong, still think of a PC as something that needs rebooted at random times for no appearent reason. For better or worse, they accept that.

On the other hand, I don't know of anyone who wouldn't return to the store as defective any entertainment system/video recorder/video player which does the same thing.
