Umm Monopoly on the desktop
That's right, they have a monopoly there and in the Office software too.

Now what to handheld units do? They connect to Windows and Outlook.

So yeah that's using their monopoly. But personally I'm amazed they don't have bigger market share but price could account for that. I find the IPAQ running Windows CE to better than the PALM. The handwriting recognition is better and it has more screen realestate. That's important to me. Too bad where I work the standard is Palm. sad
