I can create a billion copies of my Edsel handheld, and ship them
to retailers everywhere with a 100% guaranteed return policy for
units that don't sell. Suddenly, I would have a majority of the
marketshare for handhelds. That doesn't mean that a single one
would sell or ever be used.
