Why all the secrecy?
I've noticed every article I've read never answers any of the question that consumers have about RFID. How does it work for example. Is the RFID meshed into the product or part of the packaging? If meshed into the product is it is it disabled upon purchasing? What is the range of the RFID chips? Can anyone with a scanner pic up the signal by just driving by?

Why is it that no information is released on these question that everyone seems to have? This secrecy is kind of making me nervous. But hey there are other place to shop than Walmart for equal or even less price and if they are more in price you get better quality. Might just have to stop shopping at Walmart if my concerns aren't addressed.
