Bar Codes don't work that way
With a bar code you have scan every single bar code to get the information into you inventory software. With RFID technology you just run a wand over the box and everything is instantly put into inventory.

So suppose you have a 10 crates of small items maybe 1,000 packages of dental floss. You could have an employee scan all these into inventory individually or you could have an employee wave a wand of 10 boxes. Which is more productive? I'd say the RFID is.

Now the million dollar questions are what is the range of the scaning? Can the you can you disable the RFID? Is the RFID on the packaging or part of the product?
