A friend of my wife had a gateway. I tried unsuccessfully to keep it running off and on for about a year and a half. She had sent it back in twice, once for a MB the other for a HD. I must have reinstalled windows five times. It never would run right for more than about a month. Never buy hateway crap! They took the wrong route! You can't nickle and dime your customers and employees forever and not get deminishing returns! Selling crap and blaming the customer backfires every time! A demoralized workforced sure doesn't help either! Maybe the CEO should focus on long term goals insted of a His-n-Her golf course in the back yard of his mansion! As bad a reputation as E machines had, Hateway didn't help them! In fact I think it hurt them both!
