There is no known number and to put one out there is just a guess.
Each server now addays may use a different amount depending on what the server is doing and the load on the server. You could have two servers configured with the same hardware and if one is working harder than the other, the fans will use more power to spin faster.

This is just a simple example, we wont even go into all the different types of cooling. The point is.. to put a number on this is silly.
