Maybe it is spin, but...
the outcome is what is important. I could care less about the reason.

Q's:
1) Aren't marketing students taught to spin it to delight customers/investors?
2) Isn't there a bit of risk involved in initial capital to make the change?
3) If so, doesn't this show maturity, regardless if it is motivated by cost savings?
