Bush doesn't want us to teach that anymore, right?

And rightly so. A crackpot unproven assemblage of hoaxes has no place in the school(evolution). Notice that "Piltdown Man" is still in the evolutionary time line, even though it was on a long list of proven hoaxes......???? AAMOF there is as much, if not more, evidence of creation as there is for evolution. If you think that the 'theory" of evolution is fact, then no amount of common sense would convince you otherwise. Guess you'll find out after you die though, eh?

And, just to be clear, can you state the "Theory of evolution" for me so I can study it. I have searched in vane for the wording of this theory and what I have found is several schools of thought but not one "theory" statement.

Why not teach my theory of de-evolution? I submit that people as a whole are getting dumber over time. For example, people are so amazed by the pyramids, and wonder "how'd they do it"? And, of course, there are many possibilities as to how. I don't know the exact quote nor who said it for sure, but something like: "Give me a long enough lever and a place to stand, and I can move the earth." (Bernouli?)
