Hmmmmm......Demolition Man?
This law reminds me of the premise of the movie Demolition Man where they outlaw anything that can be harmful. All that will do is let the stupid people continue to survive and reproduce. This will only make society dumber as a whole. I agree with the guy that said.... GIVE THIS MAN A DARWIN AWARD.
