Depends on what you are watching/listening to
This is insane...yet another gov't attempt to create a utopia where no one ever gets hurt or sick, never becomes poor or homeless, is never felt ashamed of a commiting a crime or offended by a statement/symbol/commercial/etc.

This legislator needs to realize that not everyone is dumb enough to cross a street using a device w/o looking both ways. For those that are...oh well. Also, people cross streets while reading the paper or books, or while chatting with friends.

You know if this is passed, there will be a loophole where it will depend on what you are watching or listening to...if it's a political campaign commercial, video or podcast, it will be okay.
