- Canon problem.
- I have been using Canon printers for more than 10 years and some times only print 1 or 2 pages per week and have gone as many as 3 weeks without printing. The one and only time I had a printhead problem was when I tried to use cheap after market print cartridges. I went back to genuine Canon cartridges and ran the print head cleaning utility several times and have had no trouble since!! (buy the way the original BJC-610 printer is still runing with the original print heads.)
