That would explain a lot
I have always wondered why, year after year, Dell would give out vague, obscure, nonsensical and evasive reasons why they never used AMD chips. It's true that AMD had certain business weaknesses, but that excuse became less and less believable as the years went on.
And even if some people preferred Intel, and granted that they actually make good chips, people want a choice - especially when every other PC maker in the world gave their customers that choice. So why not Dell?

Who knows where this lawsuit end up, but if there is something to this, it would really explain a lot.
