We have a significant India facility, and I have to agree regarding the quality of the work. There's a utility that scans the files for errors before we release them to the client. We finally forced them to use it by requesting the output for each scan with the files they send. They send us the output with 2 pages of errors along with the files that generated the errors which we're supposed to send to the client as finished goods. And the company is wondering why we're not showing any profits this year...
