- deplorable customer service
- I agree completely. Dell lied to me several times to get me to make purchases. They made promises in writing, then refused to honor them. I have never seen such horrendous customer service from any company anywhere. I could give you more than 40 pages of complaints. I will never consider Dell again. They don't care to serve the customers they have, only lying to get new customers.
