So Dell has competition
The competition (from HP to Apple) is charging ahead
and it's changed Dell's market share - big surprise.

I used Dells for years and would still be using them if
they hadn't dropped great customer service and started
using a 3rd party company in India. Lost me to Apple
after one week of hell trying to get my primary business
computer to work.

Now I see HP gaining share, Apple doubling their market
share and Dell stuck in their rut. I don't expect
innovation from them, nor do I see them making big
changes to take care of the small guy. That leaves them
a company that will push out cheap computers with poor
customer service (unless you're a big corporate
customer).

Maybe it's time to bring back the "Dude You're Getting A
Dell" TV commercials.
