The Dell effect helps AMD
Dell, single handedly helped AMD take share in desktop. Basically, Dell is a Walmart and caters to the bottom feeders of the PC market wanting rock bottom prices. This is where AMD has always played and where they belong - not they have Dell to get their volumes up.

I like how this is playing out happy
