Merrill and Goldman
Both of them don't really know how to handle IT at the moment and that's why they outsource overseas in panic. For Merrill there was already number of failed project's. For Goldman we will see that GS India.

If the level of overaseas outsourcing is the factor for this sort research then well the sources are right. However, how can you measure balance of such things: savings with cheap labor replacement and market need for new IT spending?
Quite a challenge for Merrill and Goldman, huh?
