Is it running Linux?
The special effects produced by ILM are rendered on Linux workstations. ZDnet didn't even mention this fact when they did an article on ILM's special effects processing.

Now we have an article in which ZDnet cover the datacentre- and again, completely fail to mention the OS used. It was easy to verify that Linux is used for the effects rendering, I'd rather hoped to be informed in the case of the data farm. So c'mon, ZDnet, which OS are ILM signing the praises of???
