Why do they not protect the files...
It is really surprising to me how easy it is for people to pass information on to other companies these days. First for the Dell exec to get all the information out to HP, then for the emails Kamb is using to put the claims up against HP. If HP is aware of how easy it is for Dell to disclose documents don't you think they would step up their security to fight the same tactics.
There was a good article posted in the comments over at news.com site that addressed the company control of info. Here is a link to the post.
