Corporate Shennanigans
The story only goes to show that all too many corporations desire restraint of trade and technology if other than their own, along with having no qualms on "borrowing" technology, techniques, and customers of their rivals. Their consiglieri, oops, I mean attorneys, aren't there to help them comply with the law, but on how to get around it and defend to them if they "bend" it too much. And we complain other countries are overrun by business corruption. The fact is that ours is just more sophisticated.
