HP accused of spying on Dell's printer plans

reputation vs. reality: As the owner of a couple of HP printers I'm not so sure about the quality still being as good as the reputation. I've read comments from others echoing my recent disillusionment with HP printers. They used to be good, just mho but if they put the same dedication into quality engineering as they have put into skullduggery they'd still be the best in the world.
