There must be
a specific application, service AT&T was providing, and specific by name rather than just generalizing AT&T as person in noun of this.

Many have AT&T long distance service. But not as many that do are aware of doing so (making long distance) via VOIP. At least I am not. I have seen the 'video phone they advertise,or 'send a video ideal they advertise.

This is a single application. There is very little that can utilize the end-to-end of 'long distance without also utilizing the end point of callers and receivers.

So this story as well as what the FCC is speaking of kind of leaves us with more questions than answers. Most likely the 'answers is something the FCC would like not to deal with. Since it is in court trying to refer to past definitions concluding cable is an 'information service - when 'internet is involved , and not adjucently a 'telecommunications service.

When you are using both 'telecommunications service AND 'information service to conclude the same description - you cannot simply leave this to the reflection of what consumers know about the 'lines involved. Since the 'application is what determines the relationships in many key areas. This much I can tell from the use of the desktop computer here.

But with most 'uses either of wich might be relevent to 'telecomunications,or 'information service they are entirely relevant to its applications. And do not 'ever refer to that of wich 'lines (or details of switching ect) that are used. The idea of separating the application from the service etc. The applications is completely relevent, usually in detail and known by name. The service is never separated via apliance of 'telecommunications,or 'informations-service.

The problem being the 'venue is just as coherently indifferent to the applications,as the descreprency of the difference in 'telecommunications, and information service.'

If AT&T lays out the application,or the stories about wich the utilization of the 'roles that are descriped in 'application (being denoted to 'lines, services etc) then perhaps we too as readers could recognize what is the substanciality of the discussion(s) here for the FCC.

The situation of 'venue, may be candid to the fact(s) as they are intended,or they may be again parelleling something of the same of wich the FCC would tend to gain relevence - if it is something that should have been notice to begin with.

Much less trying to portray all as some kind of non-reedemable party. Exclusive to its subsequent deflection in ill defined obsolete definitions. As well those wich would tend to be users,or might have interest to the same.

AT&T should just lay out the application wich is being told of. Because in this billing there can be several ways to 'save, depending on the 'choice of utilization. From the consumer perspective anyway.

Baby Bells probably dont have a lot to say about 'being a baby bell as well. They are probably a little fed up with be denoted as so.

-just talking...
