Kerry's broadband policy plans emerging

More than that...

First he'll call it the "Communications Entitlement Act".

Then once everyone that is "under-privileged" has broadband internet access they will also need and get:

1. A Computer -- since they can't afford one.

2. Digital Cable -- since it comes with the broadband it shouldn't be wasted and after all it is a right to have cable not a privilege.

3. A Television -- well they have cable! So they need a TV, and better make it a plasma so it doesn't take up too much space in the house we proided.

4. Furniture -- we can't expect them to watch TV and surf the net on the floor now can we?

5. Free Technical Support -- they have no money for tech support when the government provided computer crashs or is so clogged with adware and virii it doesn't connect to their broadband.

6. Free Training -- since they are soooo under-privileged they probably don't know how to work a TV or computer.

7. A Cell Phone -- of course service is "free".
