Waste
A waste of money is what I'd call that. Office programs use maybe 2 or 3% of the CPU and hardly touch the 512 MB of RAM. Even AutoCadd run great on a PC bought 2-3 years ago. Upgrading just to have newest seem like a waste of money and I'd be questioning the companies priorities if they were upgrading every 2 years.

There are exceptions but they are a minority.

I think that's what the idustry is feeling today. Any other ideas why sales would be slumping?
