- I'm sure this one will be passed on to the SEC
- But John Dingell is the incoming chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which, I believe, has jurisdiction over securities laws. So, this would be Mr. Dingell's business inasmuch as it's his job to monitor how the law is being applied.
