- Some MP3 players from Creative have lithium polymer batteries and have a fantastic battery charge life of approx 24 hrs of continuous use. The batteries are also very thin and light compared to the ion type. The manufacturer suggest that the battery will last for about 500 charges, and at once a week that's about 9 years or more.
